Baby shower Bingo can be simple and free. Decide whether guests will mark gifts as they are opened or play a called-word round, then give everyone a card they can actually read.

Pick the version that fits
Gift Bingo runs alongside present opening. Guests write predicted gifts in empty squares before the first present. A called-word round needs a caller and a word list, so it works even if gifts are not opened in front of guests.
Make the cards

Rules you can read aloud
Before gift opening, write one baby gift in each square. Mark a square whenever that item appears. The first guest with a complete row across, down or diagonally calls Bingo. Agree in advance whether near matches count.
Print and prepare
Make one card per player and a few extras. Set out pens or markers and choose a small prize if you want one. If the printer dialog offers scaling, use 100% for the supplied PDF and inspect the first sheet.
