This language is a V1 working draft for Baby Shower Game Maker. It is not a substitute for professional legal review.
For a typical order we may hold a sanitized Design System created for that session, order and entitlement records, and the game customization you typed (names, dates, and similar party details). If you buy Custom Theme Request we also hold the invitation or reference you sent, the notes you wrote about what you do and do not want, and your email address. We do not require an account.
When you buy Custom Theme Request (Done For You), the invitation or reference you send is stored privately so Natalie can design your games. It is used only for your order. It is never published on this site, never shown to another customer, never added to our design library, never reused as a generic asset, and never copied onto game sheets. It is not sent to an image generator: your games are designed by a person. Before checkout you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to share it for this purpose.
Your reference artwork is kept while we work on your order and is scheduled for deletion 30 days after your games are delivered, which leaves room for the revisions included with your order. Deleting the artwork does not delete the order itself: we keep the transaction and fulfilment record, which is an accounting record rather than your artwork.
Any uploaded reference is used only for your own project. It never becomes a Print Your Celebration library asset, is never reused for another customer, is never used as a generic design asset, and is never copied onto game sheets. Generated private Design Systems are not automatically catalogued as inventory.
We also built an automated matching system in which an uploaded image is transmitted to OpenAI for analysis. That system is switched off and is not part of the service you can buy today — Custom Theme Request is designed by a person, and your reference is not sent to an image generator. We describe it here because if we ever turn it on, the honest disclosure has to be available and unchanged: OpenAI would handle the image under its own API terms and retention practices, which we do not control, so we cannot promise deletion from provider logs or caches and we will not claim instant deletion we cannot prove.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and Baby Shower Game Maker never receives or stores a full card number. We keep the order record — what was bought, for how much, and whether it was paid — because that is our accounting record. A request is only started once Stripe has confirmed the payment to us.
Post-purchase sharing only points at the public Baby Shower Game Maker homepage. We never attach your ZIP, game files, visual reference, or private session to a share link.
